In just 17 months, from June 21, 2018 to November 17, 2019, Tan Thang Cement Factory (Quynh Luu, Nghe An), with a capacity of 5,000 tons of clinker/day, equivalent to 2 - 2, 5 million tons of cement/year has completed construction work. According to experts, this is a record construction progress in the history of Vietnam's cement industry with a total installation volume of 19,964 tons, a total processing volume of 15,266 tons.

The raw mill system is rated as the most complex in the system of cement plants with many imported equipment such as crusher (89 tons), 3 grinding rollers (102 tons / 3 rollers), the whole system hydraulics, oil, pneumatics, etc.
