Sendje Hydroelectric Plant - Equatorial Guinea

Recently, LILAMA10 Joint Stock Company has officially signed a contract to build Sendje hydropower plant in the Equatorial Republic of Guinea with Duglas ALLIANCE Company of the United Kingdom

After a period of research, survey and negotiation, LILAMA10 Joint Stock Company officially signed a contract for the construction and installation of equipment of the Sendje hydropower plant in the Equatorial Republic of Guinea with Duglas ALLIANCE Company of the United Kingdom, the contract value of phase 1 is about 4.6 million USD.

According to the contract, LILAMA10 is promoting the preparation work and will bring about 150 employees including engineers, foreman, operators and technical workers to work at the project. The project will be implemented by LILAMA10 from October 2015 and the contract work is expected to be completed within 21 months.

This is a construction contract similar to a number of contracts LILAMA10 has been implemented in the country as well as abroad. Through direct survey, social conditions, climate and logistics facilities for construction and workers' activities are guaranteed to be very favorable. Currently, LILAMA10 is continuing to negotiate and undertake a number of other items under the Project.

About the Sendje Hydropower Project:

- Location: Located on the Wele river of Sendje Town, about 40km from Bata city.

- Investor: Government of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea.

- EPC General Contractor: Duglas ALLIANCE Co.,Ltd - England

- Installed capacity: 200 MW

- Number of units: 04 units
